At Oxford Golf Cars, we are committed to providing a transparent and hassle-free purchasing experience. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve created a clear cancellation policy to help you understand your options after placing an order.

Order Cancellation Window

12-Hour Cancellation Period

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing it to receive a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible using the contact information provided below.

After 12 Hours

Once the 12-hour cancellation period has passed, your order may have already entered our processing system. At this stage, we begin preparing your golf cart, coordinating inventory, scheduling service, or arranging transportation. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled after the initial 12-hour window.

Orders in Processing

Once an order is actively being processed, modifications or cancellations are generally no longer possible. However, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we may still be able to update the shipping or delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you need to request an address change.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Address changes can typically be accommodated only if your order has not yet been assigned to a shipping carrier or shipped from our facility.

While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address modifications once shipping arrangements have been finalized.

Orders That Have Shipped

Once your golf cart, parts, or accessories have been shipped or transferred to the carrier, the order can no longer be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item after shipment, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for information regarding eligible returns and refund procedures.
