This policy explains how to cancel or change an order placed with Oxford Golf Cars LLC.

Cancel Free Before Your Cart Ships

You can cancel your order at no charge at any time before the cart leaves our dealership, or before you collect it if you chose in-store pickup. You will receive a full refund.

How to Cancel

Call us at +1 (608) 586-6061 or email [email protected] with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation by email and issue the full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

After Your Cart Has Shipped or Been Collected

Once the cart has left our dealership or been picked up, the order can no longer be cancelled. You can still return the cart within 30 days under our Return and Refund Policy; a 20% restocking fee applies.

Changing an Order

Before the cart ships, we can change your delivery address or switch your order between delivery and in-store pickup. Contact us as early as possible.

Orders We Cancel

We may cancel an order if we cannot verify the payment, if the cart was sold before your order was confirmed, or if a listing contained a clear error such as a wrong price. If we cancel your order, you receive a full refund to your original payment method and we will tell you why.
