Cancellation Policy
At Oxford Golf Cars, we are committed to providing a transparent and hassle-free purchasing experience. We understand that circumstances can change after an order is placed, which is why we’ve established the following cancellation policy to clearly explain your options.
Order Cancellation Window
12-Hour Cancellation Period
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order during this period, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible using the contact information provided below.
After 12 Hours
Once the 12-hour cancellation period has expired, your order may have already entered our processing system. At this stage, we begin preparing your golf cart, coordinating inventory, scheduling inspections or service, and arranging shipping or delivery. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled after the initial 12-hour cancellation window.
Orders in Processing
Once an order is actively being processed, cancellations and order modifications are generally no longer possible. However, if your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your shipping or delivery address.
If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately. While we will make every reasonable effort to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once order processing has begun.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can typically be accommodated only if the order has not yet been assigned to a shipping carrier or shipped from our facility.
Although we will do our best to process your request, we cannot guarantee address modifications after shipping arrangements have been finalized.
Orders That Have Shipped
Once your golf cart, parts, accessories, or other purchased items have been shipped or transferred to the shipping carrier, the order can no longer be canceled.
If you no longer wish to keep the item after it has shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for information regarding eligible returns, applicable conditions, and refund procedures.
