Payment Policy

This policy explains how you can pay Oxford Golf Cars LLC, what is included in our prices, and how we keep payments secure.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, paid online at checkout.
• Apple Pay: available at checkout on supported devices.
• Bank transfer (wire or ACH): contact us before ordering, or choose it at checkout where offered. We email you an invoice from [email protected] showing the amount and the business bank account of Oxford Golf Cars LLC.
• In person: you can also pay by card at our dealership in Oxford, WI when you pick up your cart.

Card and Apple Pay payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Oxford Golf Cars does not see or store your full card number.

Protect Yourself

We only ask for payment through our website checkout, in person at our dealership, or by bank transfer to the Oxford Golf Cars LLC business account named on an invoice sent from [email protected]. We will never ask you to pay with gift cards, cryptocurrency or a money transfer app to a personal account. If you receive a payment request you are unsure about, call us at +1 (608) 586-6061 before sending any money.

What the Price Includes

• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
• The price shown on each cart includes delivery to the lower 48 states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories is quoted separately before you pay.
• We do not add dealer, documentation or preparation fees.
• Listed prices do not include sales tax, and no sales tax is added at checkout. Any sales or use tax, title and registration fees required by your state are your responsibility.

When You Are Charged

Card and Apple Pay orders are charged in full when you place the order, and you receive an email receipt. For bank transfers, we reserve the cart for 3 business days after sending the invoice, and the cart ships or is released for pickup once the funds have arrived. Order Verification

Because golf carts are a large purchase, we may call or email you to confirm order details before a cart ships. If we cannot verify an order, we cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are always paid to the original payment method: the card or Apple Pay account used, or the bank account that sent a bank transfer. See our Return and Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for when refunds apply and how long they take.

Billing Questions

If you see a charge you do not recognize or think you were charged the wrong amount, contact us and we will look into it right away.
