This page explains the warranty coverage for golf carts bought from Oxford Golf Cars LLC and how to make a claim.

New Golf Carts

New carts come with the manufacturer’s limited warranty (for example E-Z-GO, Club Car, Denago, ICON, Epic, Tara or Verdi). Coverage, length and exclusions are set by each manufacturer and vary by brand, model and component, such as the frame, drivetrain and battery. The manufacturer’s warranty documents are included with your cart, and we can send you a copy before you buy.

Pre-Owned Golf Carts

If a pre-owned cart’s listing states a warranty, that warranty applies exactly as written on the listing. Any manufacturer warranty still in effect transfers to you where the manufacturer allows it. Otherwise, pre-owned carts are sold as-is, and their condition is described on each listing.

What Warranties Usually Do Not Cover

• Normal wear items such as tires, brake pads, bulbs and seat covers
• Damage from accidents, misuse, overloading, flooding or improper storage
• Damage caused by modifications or parts not approved by the manufacturer
• Routine maintenance

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us before any repair work is done, by phone at +1 (608) 586-6061 or by email at [email protected].
2. Have ready your order number, the cart’s model and serial number, a description of the problem, and photos or video if possible.
3. We will help you file the claim with the manufacturer and tell you where the cart can be repaired.

Problems found at delivery (transit damage, defects or a wrong cart) must be reported within 48 hours and are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
