Products and Listings
Every cart listed on this website is in our inventory at our Oxford, WI dealership, and the photos on each listing show that cart. We describe each cart’s year, make, model, condition and features as accurately as we can. Screen settings can make colors look slightly different from the actual cart. If you have a question about a specific cart, contact us before you buy.
Prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars and include delivery to the lower 48 states. No sales tax is added at checkout; any sales or use tax, title and registration fees required by your state are your responsibility. Prices can change, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If a listing contains a clear error, such as a wrong price, we will contact you before the cart ships. You can then continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. Please give accurate billing, delivery and contact details. We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or the cart has already been sold, and we will refund any payment in full.
Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation. The content of this website, including text and photos, belongs to Oxford Golf Cars LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission.
Street Use
Whether a golf cart can be driven on public roads depends on your state and local laws. Unless a listing states that a cart is titled as a low-speed vehicle (LSV), you are responsible for checking local rules before driving it on public roads.
