The ICON i40X is a lifted four-passenger cart for neighborhood driving, resort paths and light trails. The front seats face forward, and the rear flip-down seat converts into a cargo platform or utility bed. Power comes from a 48V ICON 5kW 3-phase high-torque AC motor and a maintenance-free 51V 105Ah ECO Lithium battery covered by ICON’s Eco battery warranty of up to 10 years (registration required).
This cart is new, with a white exterior and dark brown interior. It rides on 23″ street-legal tires and 12″ aluminum wheels with 6.6″ of ground clearance, using independent double wishbone front suspension and leaf springs with shocks at the rear. The 10.1″ IP67 multimedia touchscreen has Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, Bluetooth and a backup camera, and it feeds an ECOXGear marine-grade sound system with a SoundExtreme soundbar. Safety equipment includes 4-wheel hydraulic disc brakes, an electromagnetic parking brake, 3-point seatbelts, LED lights with high/low beams, turn signals and a horn.
